Is this for human use?

No. Pure Vial products are laboratory-grade preparations supplied strictly for laboratory, analytical and industrial use only. They are not for human or animal use, not for parenteral administration, and not a medicine or therapeutic good.

How fast do you ship bac water?

Accepted Answer

Orders placed before 2 PM AEST on a business day (Mon-Fri, excluding Victorian public holidays) ship the same day from Victoria via Australia Post. Orders placed after cut-off or on weekends/public holidays ship the next business day. Standard shipping is free on orders over $89; express upgrade is a flat $17.00 (1-3 business days).

How is my order packaged?

Every order ships in a padded, tamper-evident carton via Australia Post. Tracking is included; signature on delivery where available.

How is the water tested?

Accepted Answer

Every batch is filtered through 0.22 µm membranes, sealed in gamma-irradiated septum vials, and batch tested at production.

How should I store it?

Accepted Answer

Store at controlled room temperature (15-25°C), tightly closed, away from direct light and heat. Discard if compromised or contamination is suspected.

What if my order arrives damaged?

Email support@purevial.shop within 48 hours with your order number and a photo. We'll replace or refund. Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law are not affected by this policy.
