Shipping Policy.

Dispatch

Orders placed before 2pm AEST on business days (Monday to Friday) are dispatched the same day. Orders placed after 2pm or on weekends are dispatched the next business day.

Shipping Options

• Standard shipping: Australia Post standard (estimated 3 to 7 business days)
• Express shipping: Australia Post Express (estimated 1 to 3 business days)

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location.

Packaging

All orders are dispatched in plain, unmarked packaging. No product branding is visible on the outside of the parcel.

Tracking

All orders include tracking via Australia Post. Your tracking number will be emailed when your order is dispatched.

Delivery

Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Pure Vial is not responsible for delays caused by Australia Post or courier services. Risk of loss passes to the buyer upon handover to the courier.

Lost or Damaged Parcels

If your parcel arrives damaged or is lost in transit, contact us at [YOUR EMAIL] within 48 hours of the expected delivery date and we will assist where possible.

We currently ship to all states and territories within Australia only.
