1. Acceptance of Terms
By placing an order on this website, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in full. If you do not agree, do not place an order.
2. Research Use Only
All products sold by Pure Vial are supplied strictly for laboratory, scientific, and research use only. They are not for human or animal consumption, medical use, therapeutic use, veterinary use, diagnostic use, or personal use of any kind.
By purchasing, you confirm:
- You are a qualified researcher, scientist, or professional
- You are purchasing for lawful research or laboratory purposes
- You have the legal authority to purchase and use research chemicals in your jurisdiction
- You will comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and guidelines
3. No Medical Advice
Pure Vial does not provide medical advice, dosage recommendations, therapeutic guidance, or usage instructions of any kind. Nothing on this website should be interpreted as medical, therapeutic, or professional health advice.
4. Buyer Responsibility
The buyer assumes full and sole responsibility for ensuring the product is legal to purchase and possess in their jurisdiction; correct storage, handling, and use of the product; any consequences arising from misuse, incorrect handling, or unlawful use; and compliance with all applicable workplace health and safety laws. Pure Vial accepts no liability for any loss, injury, illness, damage, or legal consequence arising from the buyer's use or misuse of any product.
5. Orders and Payment
Orders are accepted via our website only. Payment must be received in full before dispatch. Pure Vial reserves the right to cancel any order at its sole discretion. We do not accept orders from individuals under 18 years of age.
6. Dispatch and Delivery
Pure Vial dispatches orders within 24 hours on business days for orders placed before 2pm AEST. Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Pure Vial is not liable for delays caused by Australia Post or third-party couriers. Risk of loss passes to the buyer upon handover to the courier.
7. Product Quality
All products are batch tested at the time of production. Pure Vial does not warrant sterility following customer receipt, improper storage, or use after the stated expiry window.
8. Returns and Refunds
Due to the nature of liquid research chemicals and safety regulations, Pure Vial does not accept returns of any liquid products once dispatched. This does not affect your rights under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL) for goods that are faulty, not as described, or unsafe. Contact us within 48 hours of receipt for quality issues.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Pure Vial's total liability shall not exceed the purchase price of the product giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these Terms excludes any right or guarantee that cannot be excluded under the ACL.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia. You submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Victoria and Australia.
11. Changes to Terms
Pure Vial reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Updated Terms are effective from the date of publication. Continued use of the website constitutes acceptance.
