Due to the nature of liquid research chemicals and safety regulations, Pure Vial does not accept returns of any liquid products once dispatched.
This does not affect your rights under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL). If your product is faulty, not as described, or unsafe, you are entitled to a remedy.
Quality Issues
If your order arrives damaged, leaking, or you believe there is a quality or labelling issue, contact us at [YOUR EMAIL] within 48 hours of receipt. Include your order number and a photo of the issue. We will assess and offer a replacement or refund where applicable.
Incorrect Orders
If you receive the wrong product, contact us within 48 hours and we will arrange a replacement at no cost.
Change of Mind
